- Send completed PDF to print-on-demand for review copies.
End of September 2019
- Consolidate remarks and print to PDF.
- Get final page count to calculate print costs.
End of October 2019
- Fire up the Kick Start Campaign.
Mid November 2019
- Close out Kick Start.
- Send PDF to print
Mid December 2019
- Ship Kickstart books
