Astrographic Features[edit]
- Ciiaoa Cluster. Although Ciiaoa itself is in the rimward Illura Subsector, the other seven systems are a part of Elspane. Starport facilities in this cluster are substandard. However, the region has potential for industrial development, and as the Young Worlds come into their own it is hoped that development will take place. The cluster even has its own rich agricultural world, Kiphlo.
