Elei'eah is a nonindustrial world, that requires extensive imports of outside technology to maintain a modern, star-faring society.

  • In a technological universe, societies without industrial capability generally suffer as nearly all manufactured and high tech goods must be brought in at significant cost.
  • As a nonindustrial world, it requires extensive imports of outside technology to maintain a modern, star-faring society. The need to import most manufactured and high technology goods drives the price of these goods up in the open market.
  • This world is part of the Aslan Hierate in the Hwiwuiyo Subsector of Riftspan Reaches Sector, and within the Great Rift.

Description (Astrography & Planetology)[edit]

Elei'eah is a harsh world with a very thin atmosphere. At the outer edge of the habitable zone, it has a low surface temperature.

All five gas giants in the system sport orbital installations, to support system defence vessels operating nearby. Several minelayers are active around them, laying patterns of missile-armed drones, which makes skimming fuel extremely hazardous for an intruder.

History & Background (Dossier)[edit]

Lying six parsecs out in the rift, Elei’eah is a token possession rather than a productive world. It is controlled by an alliance of prominent Tlaukhu clans, who jointly operate a base with around fifty thousand personnel and their dependents living in a permanent settlement on-planet.
