Description (Specifications)
Dwarf class Starport Lift Tug Designed by: Admiral Savage
Description: The Dwarf class Lifter is common throughout the Imperium A-Starports, Bases and Depots. It is the tug boat of the Imperium. Crew have couches instead of staterooms, a galley, small medical facility, and engineering capability for on the spot repairs. It is designed for orbit-surface trips. The engineering plant is designed for transporting material to a surface. The Grav lifter has a large flat bed and 4 attachment grapples. Hardpoints are used to attach the vessel to the lifter with cables. An 540t cargo bay is available for bringing additional craft down internally. A damaged vessel has little choice if there is no orbital port.
