Duchy of Shiwonee
The Duchy of Shiwonee predates even the First Imperium although the Geonee called it something else then, but it was the core of a burgeoning stellar empire even then.
Description (Specifications)[edit]
The area is famed for its high technology exports and the ubiquity of its Geonee culture and presence. It's hard to find a starport without short, stocky Geonee proprietors, customers, and starfaring travellers. And where goeth the Geonee go the strange and exotic Llyrnians.
History & Background (Dossier)[edit]
Geonee history is one of frustrated ambitions, unbelievable risk taking, and a cultural resilience literally lasting millennia. Conquerors come and go, but the Geonee remain. Terran historians invariably compare the Geonee and their enduring civilization to the Ancient Chinese and their many subsumed conquerors including the fearsome Mongolians.
