Imperial duchy in the Spinward Marches comprising the County of Celepina, several othe counties which together fill the Rhylanor subsector, and a number of worlds in the Lanth subsector.

The duchy has been in the hands of at least two families: Prior to the Civil War it was held by the Alkhalikois. Today it is held by the Kirgashiis.
