History & Background (Dossier)
- Until recently, the domain capital was on Exeter (Diaspora 2729), but in 1112, Archduke Adair moved it to Muan Gwi, the Vegan homeworld, to be closer to the most serious problem area of his domain -- the Solomani-dominated worlds along the rimward border of the Imperium.
- The domain was originally named the Domain of Diaspora when it was created in 76[1].
- In 583 it was renamed the Domain of Sol by Jaqueline I]][2].
- In 716 the Domain of Sol lapsed on the death of the Archduke without hiers.
- Second creation in 1003 under House Adair[3].
