The [[Meshan Sector]] and [[Mendan Sector]]s are 95% and 100% non-{{imperial}} controlled. 
[[Antares Sector]] also contains non-{{imperial}} worlds. 
* The Domain does administer part (25%) of [[Empty Quarter Sector]] (trailing of [[Antares Sector]]), the rest being part of the [[Lesser Rift]]. The [[Vargr]] threaten this domain.
