Deep Space Fuel Cache
Revision as of 13:01, 20 January 2017 by Maksim-Smelchak (talk | contribs)
It is possible, albeit extremely costly and time-consuming, to build up a cache of hydrogen fuel in interstellar space.
- A ship jumps in with its cargo holds full of hydrogen, adds most of its hydrogen to the cache, then refuels and jumps out again.
- These caches are used primarily by the military. Finding a cache without knowing its exact location is almost impossible.
