Description (Specifications)
Capable of 3G acceleration and 3 Agility. It carries enough internal fuel for a Jump-2 with a Jump-1 reserve. It is fitted with Jump-2 drop tanks for trans-rift extended range. The streamlined needle/wedge hull is fitted with fuel scoops and fuel purification for wilderness ocean refueling. They carry 115 marines, with drop capsules and have a pair of model/6 fib computers, and redundant screens. Some military experts feel the armor is too light for a ship of the line.
It was designed around the most powerful spinal mounted meson gun available at TL–12. It also features batteries of every other weapon system available. One hundred and sixty triple sand caster batteries, a repulsor bay, one hundred and twenty triple beam laser turrets, one hundred and twenty dual fusion gun turrets, a particle accelerator bay, and fifty missile bays.
