A Class B Starport is a good quality starport with most desired capabilities.

  • A B-class starport can service starships, but only has the capability to build spaceships, not interstellar FTL craft with jump drives. They are often otherwise very impressive ship ports.
  • This facility is part of the starport ratings that range in quality from A (...the best and most extensive) to E (...the worst, little more than a spot of cleared ground), and X.
  • It is also known as a Class IV Starport.
