Cirqa, subsector A of Fornast contains 36 worlds with an estimated population of 6 billion, a per capita income of Cr8,140, and a total economy is BCr50,086. These worlds originate an interstellar trade of BCr7,294 through 31 starports (4 Class A, 11 Class B, 13 Class C, 3 Class D) employing 1,166,490 people. Driving this interstellar trade are four Agricultural (Ag) worlds, six Non-Agricultural (Na) worlds, one Pre-Agricultural (Pa) world, eight Pre-Industrial (Pi) worlds, two Rich (Ri) worlds, and one Industrial (In) world. The governments in Cirqa maintain three Naval bases, and one Way station. The average technology level is 9 (with most between 7 and 12). The highest technology level is 15 at Mallorgaan (Fornast 0803).

Cirqa, subsector A of Fornast contains 50 stars and 407 identified planets; 22 monostellar systems, 14 binary systems, no trinary systems, and no systems with four or more stars. 30 of the 36 systems (83%) have native gas giants. There are two Asteroid (As) belts, five Desert (De) worlds, two Garden (Ga) worlds, two Ice-capped (Ic) worlds, six Poor (Po) worlds, six Vacuum (Va) worlds, and three Water (Wa) or Ocean (Oc) worlds.

Cirqa has an estimated population of 6 billion distributed across one High population (Hi) world, six Moderate population (Ph) worlds, 17 Non-industrial (Ni) worlds, nine Low population (Lo) worlds, and no Barren (Ba) worlds. The highest population world is Shiirkan (Fornast 0209). The population consists of 1 sophont groups.

Third Imperium, Domain of Sylea

The Third Imperium, Domain of Sylea has jurisdiction over all of the worlds with an estimated population of 6 billion, a per capita income of Cr8,140, and a total economy is BCr50,086. The governments in Third Imperium, Domain of Sylea maintain three Naval bases, and one Way station. The average technology level is 9 (with most between 7 and 12). The highest technology level is 15 at Mallorgaan (Fornast 0803).

The Third Imperium, Domain of Sylea has an estimated population of 6 billion distributed across one High population (Hi) world, six Moderate population (Ph) worlds, 17 Non-industrial (Ni) worlds, nine Low population (Lo) worlds, and no Barren (Ba) worlds. The highest population world is Shiirkan (Fornast 0209). The population consists of 1 sophont groups.

Cirqa subsector is divided into three parts: the Spas Main, covering the trailing half of the subsector, the worlds in the rim-spinward quarter, on the Fornast/Core/Lishun main, and the comparatively isolated Gaaku cluster, in the core-spinward quarter of the subsector. There are several companies that operate Jump-2 ships in this area, routinely calling at both Rikhiguu and Loerdmevir. Both worlds have low-to-nonexistent tariffs on offworld goods, making them both prosperous, and good sources for high-tech goods. Both worlds are expected to upgrade their starports to a full class-A rating by 1125.

The Cirqa Subsector is defended by 16th Fleet.
