Various ships encountered by the PCs, with notes on where/when and any associated NPCs.



Close Call[edit]

500-Ton Venture-class Frontier Trader (Type FM). Former name of Fortunate Son, prior to change of identity and transponder on Egarnigun in April 3731. (See Fortunate Son: Ship History.)

Merrill, Charles "Bull": Captain of Close Call, hanged by an angry mob on Garkenbaaggi (Db 1221), April 3731. Deceased.

Kirimuukur, Shelia: Former Second Officer of Close Call, very briefly First Officer of Fortunate Son, quit and took her ship-shares in cash on Egarnigun, April 3731.


Danny Krovitz[edit]

200-ton Type A2 Far Trader registered out of Zhemi, Captain Horris Vashnakoviir commanding. Encountered in Devonia system 3731-08-12.


Fortunate Son[edit]

500-Ton Venture-class Frontier Trader (Type FM) crewed by the PCs; see Fortunate Son for details, deckplan, etc.


Leozard[edit]

400-ton Gazelle-class Close Escort belonging to Devonia City Militia Space Branch. Escorted Fortunate Son from Devonia to Nexus on "training mission" arranged by Nero Vulpinerrin. Commander for that mission was Lt. Patrick Quigley.


Mary Deare[edit]

400-ton Type R2 Frontier Trader, registered out of Delphi, on which Donoma Lafitte formerly served as First Officer and Navigator, prior to Fortunate Son. Donoma still has many friends aboard, including Kobina (Engineer), Kinuruu (Asst Engineer), and Mamrikgu (Cargo).

Anton, Dragos: Former Captain of Mary Deare. He was murdered by gangsters on Freehold (RD 2825) for refusing to transport slaves. Deceased.

Neer, Faas: Former owner-aboard of Mary Deare. He was murdered by gangsters on Freehold (RD 2825) for refusing to transport slaves. His widow, Nessa Neer, now owns and operates the Mary Deare. Deceased.

Neer, Nessa: Widow of Faas Neer, now owns and operates the Mary Deare. She dislikes Donoma and has spread malicious rumors about her.


Mercury's Shadow[edit]

Smuggling Ship (Type ???), on which Kalos Thar formerly served as First Officer and Pilot, prior to Fortunate Son. Kalos jumped ship on Zwingle after the ship was involved in a violent encounter with customs inspectors.


Wells Fargo VII[edit]

400-ton Armored Courier, registered out of Delphi, encountered arriving at Devonia 100-D limit, 3731-08-15. Captain Eberi Vilshivuus.
