Description
East Sapphire is a state that is one of the powers in the system because it markets Ecological Harmony. It is a cooperative of great size that also happens to be a recognised state. It is the largest manufacturer of eco-friendly equipment in New Earth.
The Government of East Sapphire is an intensely ecologically conservative body. Any damage to the ecology can attract extreme reactions and local guides are advised when in country.
