Brion Ii is a nonindustrial fluid world.

• A fluid world has an oceanic geography of a liquid other than water such as ammonia, methane, hydrocarbons, or other exotic liquids.
• It requires extensive imports of outside technology to maintain a modern, star-faring society. Having to import most manufactured and high tech goods drives the price up for these items at this world.
• This world is a "Twilight Zone World", a planet that is tidally-locked to its star. It has a hot side that permanently faces the star, a cold side that permanently faces away, and a narrow twilight zone in-between.
• It is a member of the Solomani Confederation in the Trita Subsector of Canopus Sector.

• It is also known as Brion II or Brion-2.

Brion II is an anomaly world. It is a Twilight Zone World trapped in an Orbit 2, which is baffling since Tz worlds are confined to orbits 0 or 1 by definition. Scientists are studying the strange conditions under which this has occurred and have multiple causal theories.
