A Besloten Venootschaap or BV is an old Terran form of corporation, and still recognized within the Solomani Sphere.

Description (Specifications)[edit]
Besloten Venootschaap (limited liability company). A limited liability company is a separate legal entity from its owners: the organization shields them from personal liability. In the event a company gets into financial trouble or declares bankruptcy, its owners are not personally liable for the debt.
