Belgardian Sojurnate/secret

The actual functioning fleet is very small, consisting of about six, 200 Ton ships and a further three 200 Ton Merchant vessels of varying type. However, many visitors to the Sojurnate report seeing a much larger Navy consisting of a number of former Imperial Ships in orbit around the controlled planets. These reports have proven to be erroneous as the IMperial SCout service has reported the ships in orbit are actually non-functional and are kept in orbit with small TL9 maneuver dives that can only keep the ships on station, but nothing further.
