Bareri is a poor, industrial, high-population hellworld, with a billion or more sophonts in size, who struggle to survive in an inhospitable environment.

  • Hellworlds often offer daily, and sometimes even hourly, life-threatening situations to their inhabitants.
  • As an industrial world, this planet has well-developed manufacturing and processing industries. Manufactured goods are a major export item.
  • It is a Non-Aligned world dominated by human sophonts located in the Naianch Subsector of Far Frontiers Sector.

History & Background (Dossier)[edit]

A major Human population centre in the region, Bareri is a puzzling world to navigate. Its massive population is a mix of Human cultures -- Solomani, Zhodani, Vlazhdumecta and Ne Kraeda ren Kelva, plus all manner of fusion subcultures. Although very accepting of outsiders and eager for trade, its heterogenous society is confusing and fragmented; hence, the Amber Zone rating.

60 billion
