Description (Astrography & Planetology)

Part of the Solomani Confederation, and is under the control of the Boötean Federation. It is the subsector capital with the highest population and technology level. The surface gravity is 0.91 G's, and the atmospheric pressure is 1.21 atmospheres. The core of molten iron yields a planetary density of 5.67 g/ml. The climate is cool and the planet orbits 0.71 AU from its primary.

World Starport

Bain has a Class A Starport, an excellent quality installation which includes all the expected amenities including refined fuel for starships, brokerage services for passengers and cargo, and a variety of ship provisions. There is a shipyard capable of doing annual maintenance, overhauls and other kinds of repair, and construction of both starships and non-starships. Most ports of this classification have both a Highport and a Downport.
