The Aslan Guard Regiment was a Regiment sized unit of the Third Imperium and was part of Imperial Army Command as part of the Imperial Guard.

The Regiment guarded the Emperor's person or was deployed in defence of the Imperium as required.

It consisted of 3 Rapid Interface Battalions.

History & Background (Dossier)

The Aslan Guard Regiment was formed in 380 and was assigned to the Imperial Guard as part of the terms of the Peace of Ftahalr. The Regiment was formed, partly, as a signal that the Emperor had sufficient trust in the loyalty of Imperial Aslan to place his personal security in their care and partly to ensure that there was a group of guards outside the human-o-centric whirl of palace politics.
