Empress Arbellatra was a very accomplished and capable individual both as an admiral and a later Empress of the Third Imperium.

...built the Grand Imperial Palace

Arbellatra Khatami Alkhalikoi. 32nd Empress of the Third Imperium, Regent of the Third Imperium, third Duchess of Rhylanor, fifth Baroness Alkhalikoi, K.S.C., G.C.E.G., K.C.A., K.C.A.S., K.B., K.T., K.G., K.I., K.R.A..

32nd Empress of the Third Imperium, Regent of the Third Imperium, third Duchess of Rhylanor, fifth Baroness Alkhalikoi K.S.C., G.C.E.G., K.C.A., K.C.A.S., K.B., K.T., K.G., K.I., K.R.A. Born 037-587 on Rhylanor/Spinward Marches, eldest issue of Duke Anton Royden Alkhalikoi of Rhylanor and Lady Maryam Plankwell Khatami of Zivije. Inherited duchy of Rhylanor 602, commanded system defenses during Battle of Rhylanor 603, commisioned as Captain in the Imperial Navy by Grand Admiral Olav hault-Plankwell 603, appointed Grand Admiral of the Marches by Emperor Cleon V in 616, victor in the Second Frontier War 620, victor over the forces of the Barracks Emperor Gustus in the Second Battle of Zhimaway 622, proclaimed Regent by Imperial Moot 622, proclaimed Empress by Imperial Moot 629, died 355-666 on Capital/Core.

Married (on 194-623) Duke Sergey Torgyan Ashran of Cemplas (died on 147-645). By this marriage she had issue:

History & Background (Biography)

Biography: Born 037-587 on Rhylanor (Spinward Marches 2716), eldest issue of Duke Anton Royden Alkhalikoi and Lady Maryam Plankwell Khatami of Zivije. Inherited Duchy of Rhylanor 602, commanded system defenses during Battle of Rhylanor 603, commissioned as Captain in the Imperial Navy by Grand Admiral Olav hault-Plankwell 603, appointed Grand Admiral of the Marches by Emperor Cleon V in 616, victor in the Second Frontier War 620, victor over the forces of the Barracks Emperor Gustus in the Second Battle of Zhimaway 622, proclaimed Regent by Imperial Moot 622, proclaimed Empress by Imperial Moot 240-629, died 355-666 on Capital/Core (Core 2118).

Achievements of Distinction

First of the Alkhalikoi Dynasty (and occasionally considered to be the 18th of the Emperors of the Flag).

Born in 587, served as Grand Admiral of the Marches and led the defeat of the Outworld Coalition in the Second Frontier War (615 to 620).
Arbellatra returned to the Imperial Core and defeated the remnants of the Central Fleet under Gustus in the Second Battle of Zhimaway (622).
Proclaimed regent by the Moot in 622 pending the location of a suitable surviving heir to the throne.
Proclaimed empress by the Moot in 629.
Died in 666.
Built the Grand Imperial Palace, a magnificent sphere one kilometer in diameter, which floated one-half a kilometer above the landscape of the Imperial Park on Capital.
