Admiral Andreas Xavier of the 59th Fleet is the Imperial Navy Admiral who surrendered the Corridor Depot on 171-1118 thus splitting the Domain of Deneb from the remainder of the Shattered Imperium. The surrender was specifically given to Vaenggvae Corsairs' leader Nougzoel who demonstrated the least hatred spurred by the Oekhsos Tirades.
