Anderson (Ga 1519) is a low-population, nonindustrial, fluidic water world with a population less than 10,000 sophonts in population size.
- 90% or more of this planet's surface are covered in an ocean of water (H2O).
- Some of the rest of the planet fluid surface is covered in another non-water fluid: hydrofluoric acid.
- It requires extensive imports of outside technology to maintain a modern, star-faring society.
- This planet contains a research station associated with it.
Description (Planetology)
A research station is in orbit around Anderson's World, a deadly high-gravity planet with an atmosphere of fluorine and chlorine compounds and seas of hydrofluoric acid.
Its primary commercial use is as a way station on jump routes from the Galian Federation to the Plavian League and other destinations to trailing. Galeoceuticals Incorporated has reported completion of preliminary tests aimed at establishing robotic chemical plants on antigravity platforms within the exotic atmosphere of Anderson's World.
