An Airship is a lighter-than-air Aerospace Vessel.
- It is a kind of flying Vehicle.
Description (Specifications)
There are two forms of Airship:
- Dirigibles (with a rigid skeleton) and
- Balloons or Aerostats (which don't have this).
Some worlds may be able to build Balloon-like vessels under TL–3 because they use native or imported floating creatures as Dray Beasts (see Primitive Craft).
Typically, Airships will use Hydrogen or Helium as the lift-producing gasses.
