Driving this interstellar trade are two Agricultural (Ag) worlds, two Non-Agricultural (Na) worlds, two Pre-Agricultural (Pa) worlds, two Pre-Industrial (Pi) worlds, one Rich (Ri) world, and one Industrial (In) world. The governments in Ahrhi maintain eight Scout bases, and three Naval bases. The average technology level is 8 (with most between 5 and 10).
