A'ach'en (Sophont) Synopsis

The A'ach'en are sentient, insectoid flyers, around eight to ten centimeters long, native to Aachen (Ustral Quadrant 3208).

Physiology

Oen if the most interesting aspects of A'ach'en physiology and cognizance is that A'ach'en alone or in small numbers are proto-sentient at best, but when joined in close proximity with roughly eighty to a hundred of their species, A'ach'en gain sentience and form a Group Intelligence, often called a hive mind, with intelligence levels equal to most members of Humaniti.

The A'ach'en homeworld is Aachen (Ustral Quadrant 3208).

History

Their home world is currently interdicted by Solomani Security.
