Rebellion of Hertha. The inmates of the penal colony rose up and took over the mining and refining facilities. As all the planetary systems were in underground caverns, the rebels could not be attacked by spaceship weapons, but were vulnerable outside of the caverns. The rebels were able to receive some supplies from Chernosh, but Chernosh did not have the military power to break the siege or take the starport.
