Description (Specifications)[edit]
The Shushrusar Eslyato, or Eslyat Magistracy, is a loose confederation of worlds near the Vanguard Reaches border with The Beyond Sector.
Their domain includes most of the Eslyat Subsector and a rimward portion of the Trelyn Subsector in the Vanguard Reaches Sector.
History & Background (Dossier)[edit]
Ruled by the Selyin Nobility since formal establishment in 657, this interstellar government includes all known Eslyat.
Government & Politics[edit]
The Eslyat Magistracy government is characterized as having a very high degree of centralization, which sets supremely uniform policies that direct a multi-system state and utterly disregards local/planetary differences. The Eslyat Magistracy government is usually classified as an Absolute Monarchy, a type of Empire.
Eslyat of the blue-scaled Selyin sub-race form the nation's higher class of nobility, scholars and merchants.
The Magistracy mirrors the female-dominant nature of the Sesshayr faith, and its leaders tend to be female, though this is not universal.

The primary language is Vrynsyss.
Military & Intelligence[edit]
The Eslyat have a TL-11 society.
- The Eslyat received interstellar drives from a misjumped Zhodani craft -- the freighter Brenchrodl Rits -- in 613.
- The Eslyat military consists of personal forces of the ruling family and feudal levies from subservient houses.
- They use elite formations of Eslyat Commandoes to enforce government policies.
