Major Historical Events Timeline: 1116[edit]

These are some of the more important historical events that have affected this subsector:

  • -123: Countess Fatima, the head of House Bruhkarr, a faction that lost a power struggle on Albe, settles Bruhkarr.
    • Fatima and her daughter Alia retain the title of countess. Over the course of a century, they expand their domain until Bruhkarr is the capital of a dozen fledgling colonies.
  • 34: Alia's son, Malik I, unsatisfied with the title of count, proclaims himself Prince of Bruhkarr.
    • For the next two centuries the Principality concentrates on developing its economy rather than expanding.
  • 80: The outcast Aslan of clan Aioaoa establish themselves on the world named for them.
  • 615: Succession Crisis of the Principality of Bruhkarr. Having been ruled for six centuries by Bruhkarr, Katanga and other worlds secede during the following civil war.
  • 633: Rashid I secures the throne of the Principality. At this point the polity is reduced to just Bruhkarr and outposts on Khimi and Koewing.
  • 701: Malik III restores Bruhkarr to its full and present size after conquering Yaple.
