Naylyoeatru has a pressure of 1.50 to 2.49 atmospheres. A Dense Atmosphere requires no survival gear although it may be hard on sophonts not accustomed to it.

Naylyoeatru has 25-35% of its surface covered by liquid water. It has a few small seas. Wilderness refueling is possible. Water for the inhabitants will be recycled.

Naylyoeatru is an independent and thriving Droyne world. It is the major regional shipbuilding center and supplies the Haddox Association with the majority of its vessels. Using surplus jump grids and obsolete TL–9 jump drives a new Haddox class Merchant Cruiser prototype was recently equipped.

• The resources of the system are being exploited.

The system is bustling, with a thriving economy and an advancing technological base.

• Droyne commercial vessels arrive and depart frequently.
• Commo is filled with chatter and signals. Communications are in common Oynprith.
• Multiple navigation beacons are active.
• Droyne vessels travel between the other worlds and moons that make up the system.
• Droyne naval vessels are frequently active within the system.

The Droyne have constructed the Tsehoynu Station, a large facility within an empty hex.

• It lies within hex 0218 of Rosorky Subsector, 2 parsecs distant.
• It is entirely operated by Droyne personnel.

The shipyards on Naylyoeatru can manufacture up to Jump-2 range vessels.

• The station facilitates Droyne interaction with the Haddox Association in Astron Sector and with sophont species within the region.
• Its location is widely known and access is freely granted.

The Droyne population appear to have been present on the world for around a quarter of a million years.

• They seem to have been transplanted to the world. Speculation about their origins is ongoing.
• At almost exactly the same time five other species on nearby worlds – the Chowwar, Enchai, Huuran, Muu, and Nagad – evolved intelligence.

Naylyoeatru has a Class A Starport, an excellent quality installation which includes all the expected amenities including refined fuel for starships, brokerage services for passengers and cargo, and a variety of ship provisions. There is a shipyard capable of doing annual maintenance, overhauls and other kinds of repair, and construction of both starships and non-starships. Most ports of this classification have both a Highport and a Downport.

• A trade hub is maintained on a cold secondary world that orbits beyond the stars Jump Shadow.

Naylyoeatru has a population of 80,000,000 sophonts (tens of millions).

• The population almost entirely consists of Droyne.

Naylyoeatru has a high law level with laws covering many areas of interactions of people, corporations, and the government. A few worlds with this law level may be Amber Zones. Any interaction with the judicial system requires an Advocate trained in the local legal system. Law enforcement is present almost everywhere, either as people or via technology. Legal proceedings can take weeks to months to resolve and involve a dozen or more people. All objects specifically manufactured as weapons are typically regulated or prohibited (outside private residences or visiting starships).
