Walston (animal)

Walstons are small, fluffy creatures native to Walston (the planet of the same name). They are somewhat analogous to Earth rabbits, being small, grazing burrowers who scurry when frightened.

Walstons are described as "having absolutely no value as guard or working animals" as they're small, not particularly clever, and are rather lazy when well-fed. However, they are cute animals, emitting a pleasing humming sound when petted, and will comfort people who are in distress.

Many families of the planet Walston (Vargr and humans alike) keep Walstons as pets.
