A Minor Race once native to Mugheen't Sector.
The Upir Cusuri were an inventive and inquisitive species, but despite reaching space they never developed the jump drive. They established a civilization spanning several adjacent systems, but could realistically expand no further.
The reason for their eventual disappearance is unknown.
Rumours of interesting technological relics still attract people to the ruins of their former worlds.
