The problem has not been fixed. There's a redirect page called 'Minor race' that redirects to 'Category:Minor race'. However, there is ALSO a page called 'Minor Race' with a long list of minor races and comments on each of them. That is, a page of the same name but with substantive text that the redirect page redirects away from. I will now go and mark the redirect page with the delete template.
