Does "Fallow" mean Imperial Reserve, or what? Allens 21:45, May 18, 2010 (UTC)
- The original article goes into further detail. This article is brief because of copyright. In this case the subsector duke has claimed the world as his own private hunting reserve. It's not an Imperial reserve, but a reserve none the less. It's a handwave to explain the empty garden world. Tjoneslo 13:08, May 19, 2010 (UTC)
