History & Background[edit]

Imperial High (Landed) Nobility[edit]

Ruffian, as a member world of the Third Imperium, holds the estates of two members of the Imperial Nobility, who are charged with overseeing the world.

History-Era: Rebellion[edit]

Aptly named, this world is known for its rough-and-tumble startown. The rest of the world isn’t much better; the Justice Ministry can’t keep up with its devastating case load.

  • Ruffian is a chokepoint of Eberly Gap, and a part of most every Gap-runner's itinerary. It is a good place to locate contracts and patrons of every kind. Consequently, star Vikings (usually disguised as locals) frequent the back alleys, looking for fresh recruits and possible employers.
