Rissian Elite Tracked Scout (TECH LEVEL A)[edit]
Colonel Ryan uses a single one of these sensor heavy scouts in his regiment. It is basically unarmored to save weight. It is used as a command vehicle for Colonel Ryan's Rissian Regiment. Its expense precludes general use. This sensor platform is expected to inform the artillery batteries of approaching danger and find targets. The commander of the scout troop operates from this vehicle.
The vehicle has a crew of 3 (driver, gunner, and commander). It mounts a stabilized turret with tech A direct fire control, on the chassis deck with a single barreled electric action 2cm hyper velocity autocannon with a TAC missile rail on the side of the turret.

- There is a 150kg capacity TAC missile launch rail on the side of the turret.
- The missiles carry a 25cm warhead, the homing missiles are available in a 21km long range or 11km +10DM hyper velocity interceptor variant. The operator guided system uses a laser command link and has a 12km range with a +9 high velocity bonus.
