Etxarte is a world of violent weather ruled by a man who calls himself "King". Step out of line and he sends you to rehab!
While the King rules with an iron fist, he keeps his citizens happy by allowing them freedoms in entertainment. Drink as much as you like, listen to the singing storyteller, but never, ever use a fork!
Quick Worlds 19: Etxarte has been designed with the busy Referee in mind. Etxarte is meant to be an interesting and exciting place that can be easily added into any existing Traveller campaign.
