Nougzoel

Nougzoel was a moderate of the Vaenggvae Corsairs who shot to prominence on 171-1118 when he accepted the surrender of the Corridor Depot from Admiral Andreas Xavier of the Imperial 59th Fleet. At the time he was a member of the "Destiny Alliance" within the Vaenggvae which he thence forward led under the title of the "Windhorn Alliance". It was Nougzoel who renamed the "Windhorn Alliance" and was key in separating Deneb Sector from the interior of the Shattered Imperium.
