Mirrin is a barren fluid world with oceans of a liquid other than water such as ammonia, methane, or hydrocarbons, or other exotic liquids.
- This world has no overt population, government, or law level.
- This world could be populated if anyone had an inclination to do so...
- It is an unclaimed Non-Aligned world located in the Hurgan Subsector of Tirell Sector.
Description (Astrography & Planetology)[edit]
The Mirrin system was officially surveyed by the University of Tal Varisa Deep Sky Program.
- The results of the survey are available as the DSP Listing, a comprehensive star catalog first published in 5550AD.

System Data[edit]
The worlds of the system have been remotely surveyed. They consist of:
- The mainworld. This lies close to the inner edge of the habitable zone.
- x2 secondary rocky worlds.
- x2 planetoid belts (the disintegrating remains of inner system worlds).
- x4 gas giants.
Mainworld Data[edit]
Limited data is available about the body nominated as the mainworld. All of the data has been gathered over centuries of remote observation.
Mainworld Size (S)[edit]
This world is a Big World between 13,600km and 15,200km in diameter. The world has a standard gravity between 1G and 1.3G. The horizon will appear about 5.4km away. Vessels with only 1G of thrust should avoid landing on this world.
Mainworld Atmosphere (A)[edit]
This world has an Exotic Atmosphere and possesses an unusual gas mix which requires the use of oxygen tanks, but protective suits not necessary, but are recommended. TL–8 or more advanced survival gear is required to settle this world.
Mainworld Hydrosphere (H)[edit]
This world has 25-35% of its surface covered by liquid water. It has a few small seas. Wilderness refueling is possible. Water for the inhabitants will be recycled.
