Marquis of Million/meta

History

The Marquisate is NOT listed in the second survey but is listed as a major political factor in the Million Subsector in the "Deneb Sector" book published by Mongoose. I have resolved this by assuming that the Marquisate has fallen into abeyance several times - including sometime in the period 1060-1070 when the second survey was completed, and has been made irrelevant by the Abandonment of the Subsector in 1133-1136.
