This world is part of a series of six systems in the trailing rimward region of Crucis Margin Sector that are clients of the Hive Federation. The six worlds have a very loose mutual defense and trade agreement -- sometimes called the Hv'ika Kamlin -- independent of direct Hiver support (although Manipulations are no doubt in play).

Lno-rin has a Class C Starport, an average quality installation which includes amenities including unrefined fuel for starships, some brokerage services for passengers and cargo, and a variety of ship provisions.
