Description (Specifications)

The House DeClark were the heads of the Grand Dukes of Whitehall under the Sylean Federation. Upon the foundation of the Third Imperium, the then current Grand Duke, Willem DeClark, was made non-hereditary Archduke of Whitehall, abdicating his traditional hereditary title in favor of his heir, the new Duke of Whitehall under the new Third Imperium nobility structure.
