Hoa is a rich, pre-agricultural world with a moderate population over a hundred million, but not yet at a billion sophonts in size.
- The world's agricultural industry is growing and some economists forecast an explosion in this world's agribusiness in the near future as new agro-technology and a more capable labor force are imported.
- This is a rich world with a prosperous and thriving world economy.
- This world has high-grade living conditions with a good climate and a non-harmful environment. As such, this world is much sought after with large queues for immigration here.
- It is an unclaimed Non-Aligned world located in the Farift Subsector of Reaver's Deep Sector.
- This is the homeworld of the Tlyetrai, a sophont species and a minor race.

History & Background (Dossier)[edit]
Several decades ago, Hoa acquired a jump-capable starship. They proceeded to conquer their colony on Luiwaiwuah -- established by STL and out of contact until this point -- in 1086. This proved relatively easy as Luiwaiwuah has a much smaller population and lesser technology level than the homeworld. It is through their possession of this lone ship that the leaders of Hoa hold the Tlyetrai Assembly together.
- The Tlyetrai of Hoa also attempted to reclaim their colony on Turin, however the inhabitants there were able to fight them off.
- The future of the Assembly is in doubt as the starship that allows Hoa to maintain control of Luiwaiwuah is beginning to break down.
World Starport (Sp)[edit]
Hoa has a Class C Starport, an average quality installation which includes amenities including unrefined fuel for starships, some brokerage services for passengers and cargo, and a variety of ship provisions. There is a shipyard capable of doing maintenance and other kinds of repair. Ports of this classification generally have only a downport, unless this is a trade port or system with an hostile environment mainworld.
World Government (G)[edit]
Hoa is governed by a Feudal Technocracy. Society divides itself based on the technical requirements of the society. Each of these functions are granted as a fief to an individual or group. Leadership of these fiefs determines the head of the government.
