The data for this sector was originally published by Judges Guild in 1981. After Judges Guild lost their Traveller licence, the information in the Glimmerdrift Reaches supplement was de-canonised and overwritten.

• The new astrogation data was created and released as part of the Sunbane data. The new data has been updated as part of QLI's Gateway to Destiny book. The subsector names between the two datasets is the same, but the positions of the stars, political entities, and other details are all different.

Meta-history & Background

Glimmerdrift Reaches Sector was originally published by Judges Guild. The sectors in the Atlas retain the names but were entirely newly generated and supercede the Judges Guild products.

• Glimmerdrift Reaches Sector was further refined by Marc W. Miller and appears in the Classic Traveller Atlas of the Imperium (GDW, 1984).
• It was later refined again by Martin J. Dougherty and Hunter Gordon and appears in Gateway to Destiny (QuickLink Interactive, 2006).
  • The data for this sector was originally published by Judges Guild in 1981. After Judges Guild lost their Traveller licence, the information in the Glimmerdrift Reaches supplement was de-canonized and overwritten.
