It is a vessel with 4-G and J-2 performance with a partially streamlined close structure hull. They carried a Jump-1 fuel reserve to give the vessel extended range. A smaller fleet escort which were used by the Terran Confederation Navy for convoy duty and fleet maneuver.

• It carries light armament and a defensive suite. Lightly armored they lacked any lasers.
• It ordinarily carries a 20 ton launch subcraft, a 4 ton Air/Raft ship's vehicles, and drones only when needed.
