The material created by Videll and Mikesh ignores the previous material presented in The Beyond. While that and other Paranoia Press material has been decanonized, that merely means that one does not have to make use of it. But that doesn't mean you can't use it if it fits. So this is my attempt to reconcile Die Weltbund of 1105 with the Avalar Consulate of 1116. Note that I don't want to ignore all of Videll's and Mikesh's fine work -- merely to modify the historical details a bit. YMMV.

Originally Marc Miller asked for a short write up for Imperiallines for a wide open, never to be changed, version of Foreven; a "referee's preserve". (The only exception were to be the two worlds referenced in CT Double Adventure 5). Mike Mikesh insisted that material from an earlier source, I don't remember what and which included the Consulate, be added. I wanted to be true to Marc's direction but Mike insisted and I ultimately agreed to go along with it. (I figured if Marc was good with it, who was I to argue).
