Most of the system's worlds are airless rockballs, all of them in tidally locked orbits around the red dwarf stars.

Because of the mainworld's insidious atmosphere, there is little terrestrial habitation; most citizens live in orbital facilities.

A rapidly developing mercenary community has sprouted up on Wao'ftekhauyuiy, a frozen gas giant moon in the outer system.

History & Background (Dossier)[edit]

At a distance of seven parsecs from the Glorious Empire capital, Asyuh is a frontier stopover for slavers and mercenaries making their way into the Outrim Void.

One of its few redeeming qualities is the relative freedom enjoyed by its people. As long as the refuelling and resupply depots continue to function, the populace are free to live more or less as they wish. Unlike most of the Empire, the Aslan of Asyuh own no slaves and opt to run their society as a direct democracy. The people make legislative and social decisions via a computer network that runs on its orbital platforms, planetoid monitors and sublight ships.
