The Zhdits class Destroyer Escort is a light, Zhodani warship.
- It is a military ship and a Destroyer Escort.
Description (Specifications)
It is a vessel with 1-G and J-1 performance with a streamlined Cone Hull.
- It carries light armament and a defensive suite.
- It ordinarily carries no subcraft nor drones.
- It has a # sophont crew and # marines.
The Zhdits was a common Zhodani support vessel assigned to destroyers and was designed for a completely offensive role. Of the estimated 1,000 built between the Third and Fourth Frontier Wars, by Zhodani Naval Yards, only about two hundred have remained in service into the 1,100s. Many Zhdits have been decommissioned or sold to client states. The Zhodani have successfully sold this vessel to clients since the Fourth Frontier War. Mixed popularity with their crews has been generally been to the assignment to which they were tasked. The Zhdits is best in the support role and is rarely found alone. [1]
