Zalgvadzokh is a poor, non-agricultural and nonindustrial desert world with no free-standing water.

  • It is unable to produce quality foodstuffs and must import them.
  • This world has few prospects for economic expansion and life is very bleak and trying here.
  • It requires extensive imports of outside technology to maintain a modern, star-faring society. Having to import most manufactured and high tech goods drives the price up for these items at this world.
  • The world serves as the subsector capital with the significant extra trade and prestige associated with that role.
  • This is a "high technology" world with technology achievements at, near, or over technology standards for Charted Space.
  • It is a member of the Vargr Extents in the Raelas Subsector of Knoellighz Sector.
  • This world-system hosts a Naval Base, usually associated with military starships, which may be located on or off-world.
  • This world was colonized by and is controlled from Zighagnagvaen (world).

History & Background (Dossier)

Two million scientists, technicians, planetary staff and patent brokers occupy the world known as Zalgvadzokh (Knoellighz 1732) A230662-D Cp De Ht Na Ni O:1937 Po and a worthy think-tank competitor to Serue (Knoellighz 1221) at TL F (15). A member of the Ascendancy Pact in Raelas subsector of Knoellighz Sector, this world does not suffer the same high Law and morals that Serue seems to uphold.

  • Experiments conducted in the cloistered laboratories and testing grounds on the Desert surface of Zalghadzokh allowed the colony world to rise quickly from TL 11 to TL 13 in a meteoric, if somewhat hazardous, climb. Breakthroughs, (and even setbacks), quickened the Ascendancy Pact’s momentum in its expansion Coreward between its rivals, the Infinity League, the Democracy of Greats only to crash against the Crystal Wall of the Zhodani Consulate in the same Sector of space.
  • The original colony, belonging to Zighagnagvaen (Knoellighz 1937) immediately gained collective Charisma in furthering the Ascendancy Pact’s ambition and clout as the fastest-growing polity as all expanded Coreward towards Ghoekhnael Sector. Packs of learned Vargr are collect under their banner specialties in scientific study. The world was quickly acknowledged as the subsector Capital (Cp) shortly after it rose to its current Tech Level and the upgrading of its A-rated Highport, (c.1100). The Highport was a business transaction for initial patented and licensed blueprints and plans to RONAEKSOURRGH (Knoellighz 1838) instead of competitor UOSA (Knoellighz 2237) who did not seem to mind for reasons of its own. Orbital station components were assembled by technicians overseeing the arriving modules.
  • Naturally, Zighagnagvaen has become rich with income taxes from its scientific colony testing grounds. It was this income that allowed the homeworld to complete its Naval Base and invite Ascendancy Pact military vessels to make port there, further securing the Agricultural world.
