Yazon is an agricultural, nonindustrial, pre-rich garden world with a near-ideal, utopian environment conducive to most sophonts, but still lacks an adequate population to expand its economy to a rich status.
- As an agricultural world, this world is a near-ideal environment for producing quality foodstuffs of plant, animal, and other forms. Quality foodstuffs are a major export commodity for this world.
- It requires extensive imports of outside technology to maintain a modern, star-faring society. Having to import most manufactured and high tech goods drives the price up for these items at this world.
- Its economy and population are rapidly growing and living conditions are expected to quickly rise barring outside forces.
- This is a "low technology" world with technology competencies well below technology standards for Charted Space.
- This is a temperate world, with a climate of pleasant, average temperatures, considered to be an ideal or near-ideal environment by many different sophont species.
- It is a Non-Aligned world dominated by human sophonts located in the Nabile Subsector of Bourne Sector.

Habbat-Yazon System
The primary is Habbat, an ordinary white main sequence star. It has a luminosity of 6.26 Sols, a mass of 1.54 Sols, and a diameter of 2.198 million km. The inner system consists of (I) a vacuum inner world, (II) a vacuum inner world, (III) a trace atmosphere inner world, (IV) an exotic atmosphere stormworld, and (V) a thin atmosphere hospitable world. (VI) Yazon orbits within the habitable zone and is designated the mainworld. (VII) a sparse icy planetoid belt, and (VIII) a large gas giant form the outer system. Many of the worlds retain satellites.
Fruth Subsystem
The companion is Fruth, an ordinary red main sequence star that lies approximately 1600 AU from Habbat. It has a luminosity of 0.0136 Sols, a mass of 0.3626 Sols, and a diameter of 551,000 km. (I) a trace atmosphere iceworld, (II) a dense rocky planetoid belt, (III) a ringed small gas giant, and (IV) a small ice giant form the outer system. Many of the worlds retain satellites.

(VI) Yazon is designated the mainworld. It orbits Habbat at a mean distance of 2.65 AU (396.5 million km), within the habitable zone. It has an orbital period of 3 years 174 days and a rotation period of 15.5 hours. The axial tilt is 12 degrees. Yazon has a diameter of 10,961 km, a density of 5.22 g/cm³, and a surface gravity of 0.82 G. The world is geologically active. Its atmosphere is rated as Dense, with a mean surface pressure of 2.03 bar and a composition of 78% nitrogen (N2), 21% oxygen (O2), and 1% argon (Ar), carbon dioxide (CO2), water vapor (H2O), ozone (O3), neon (Ne) and other trace gases. Approximately 64% of the surface is covered in seas of liquid water: average tidal ranges exceed 0.25m. Mean surface temperature: 26°C. The climate is rated as Temperate-Warm and experiences minor seasonal changes during the local year. The atmosphere is dynamic and strong weather systems driven by the star and the oceans surge across the globe.
